Openshot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
1. The availability or uptime of the website.
2. The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of job listings.
3. The suitability of any job for any particular user.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Openshot and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, or technical failures.
